SUMMARYReceptionist/Operations assistant needed for our Central
Washington Office in Kennewick. This is a great employment
opportunity for a customer service focused, reliable and
professional person who can perform a variety of receptionist and
operations/administrative related functions.ESSENTIAL DUTIESGreet
and direct all visitors that come into the office in an expedient
and professional manner.Promote good public relations through
courteous, helpful, and professional contact with applicants,
employees and visitors.Ability to work with multiple personalities
and languages while maintaining a professional, customer
service-friendly, and positive attitude.Answer multiple line phones
and route calls to the appropriate personnel.Heavy computer usage
with an emphasis on email, Word and Excel. Daily detailed data
entry responsibilities including completing double checks of others
data entry work.Work with employees on paycard issues.Work closely
with HR and Recruiting, including interviewing, onboarding, and
hiring applicants.Scan garnishment orders to corporate for
processing and entering.Track and promote Branch Safety
program.Process Workers Comp claims and assist in
investigations.Perform operational and administrative functions to
support the Amazon portfolio in the Branch.Make all office supply
orders as needed.Responsible for ordering all business cards.Sort
daily mail into appropriate mail boxes and postage outgoing mail as
needed.Prepare and send FedEx packages as needed.General office
duties such as printing, copying and scanning documents as
needed.Perform other duties as assigned or directed.*Job duties may

comfortably and confidently explaining them to candidatesKnowledge
of effective questioning to understand candidates previous
experience and if they would be a good fit for the companyAccessing
multiple systems in order to find candidatesKnowing how to address
possible candidates when cold-calling, and comfortably introducing
and talking about ABMMust be comfortably asking candidates if they
can pass a background, drug screen and motor vehicle report, why
they left their previous job and how much they were previously
paidEffectively knowing when a client is a good fit for a company,
when they aren''t, and recording information accurately on ABM
systems on sourcing outcomes, and whether or not we will move
forward with application processKnowing when to offer interviewing
opportunity and managing multiple calendars of other team members
when scheduling interviewsFind effective ways to communicate with
candidates despite various language barriersINTERVIEWING:Able to
ask appropriate questions relatable to the job position and tasks
that candidate will be performing while on the jobArticulate
expectations from candidates based off of job position: preferred
skills, minimum requirements, job tasks, communication from
candidate, orientation scheduling, and candidate specific
accommodations if needed.Ability to interview candidates within
strict time framesAbility to gauge if a candidate is a good fit for
the job based off of assertiveness, current skills, past
experiences, timeliness and interview presenceEffective note taker,
and communicatorAbility to utilize effective ways to communicate
with candidates that possess certain barriers by using
interpreters, job coaches, and/or translation applicationsSkills to
effectively offer job to candidate and to set up appropriate days
for orientation/onboarding paperworkONBOARDING:Running multiple
onboarding classes each day (6+ people per class per
day)Effectively communicating to candidates the ABM onboarding
expectations, being able to explain what they are signing and
assisting with paperwork when neededPresenting safety quizzes and
educating new hires with ABM safety protocolsCommunicating with
warehouse managers per email and appropriate paperwork to ensure
that each candidate has uniform readyRunning and reviewing
Employment Authorization paperwork, drug-screen paperwork, and
motor vehicle paperwork through various ABM approved
systemsActively communicating with candidates through onboarding
process: ensuring there is no drop off, updating candidates on
background/drug screen/MVR status, scheduling for future
orientation days, and informing clients if they fail
background/drug screen/MVREffectively communicating with managers
on candidate release, and when they are ready to workCOMPANY AND

transferring of employeesUnion and non-union policiesFollowing
various company policies: Mutual Arbitration Agreement,

strategies within Recruiting team, HR Department and other managers
that include but are not limited to: resume searches, job fairs,
college recruiting, referrals, networking, cold calling, and direct
sourcing.Attending job fairs and effectively selling and talking
about ABM and positions open for hiringKeeping open lines of
communication open with various outlets in order to retain and find
effective candidates: managers, job coaches, other candidates, job
fair/event coordinators, public relations mangers/point of
contacts, etc...Create and publish professional recruiting
materials and advertising on both internal and external
systemsStaying in communication with multiple lines of
business/verticals (x5)Meeting recruiting startup deadlines and
working with other team members/departments to achieve startup
goals (fast paced recruiting environment / mean only 10-12 days to
fill requested positions, providing instant results)Providing
regional support to other locations when needed: Hawaii, Alaska,
Oregon, California, and IdahoProviding International support to
other locations when needed: CanadaNetworking and building rapport
