What Youll Be Doing Planting, mulch/rock/sod installs, irrigation modifications, aerations, cleanups and other landscape services. Maintain a neat and professional appearance on properties and provide a "WOW" experience for clients. Identify property issues or potential improvements while on-site and report or address them appropriately. Communicate effectively with clients and teammates to ensure all work meets expectations. Operate tools and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Loading/unloading materials and maintaining tools Assist with minor equipment maintenance and cleaning. Accurately complete paperwork and service documentation. Drive company vehicles to and from job sites Youll work as part of a crew with support, guidance, and room to grow your skills. Youll do well here if you are: Reliable and show up ready to work Coachable and willing to learn Physically capable and comfortable with hands-on labor Detail-oriented and take pride in quality work A team player with a positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Requirements: Valid drivers license with clean driving record Ability to lift over 50 lbs. regularly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Landscaping experience is a plus but not required Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Mechanical aptitude and an interest in maintaining equipment is a plus.
