General Job DescriptionThe Chief Operations Officer (COO) will be
the executive leader of operations (parts & service) for the Dobbs
Truck Group and will be a key member of the Company's executive
management team. The COO will be responsible for the profitable
growth of the organization's parts and service function and drive
corporate initiatives that improve the customer experience while
continually improving internal processes. The COO will have direct
oversight of the VP of Parts and Director of Service and will
leverage those functions to drive profitable parts and service
growth.The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations

to the position.ResponsibilitiesServe as a key member of the
executive team as part of the collaborative group that drives and
shapes the mission, culture, and operation of the Dobbs Truck
Group.Utilize operational best practices for leading a
high-performing team, emphasizing efficiency, profitability, and
customer experience.Establishing policies that improve and promote
company vision and culture as outlined by the CEO.Leading and
motivating leaders to achieve business development activities to
grow the business and organizational objectives.Develop and manage
key performance indicators in areas including, but not limited to
operational efficiency, financial performance, customer growth,
retention, and safety.Oversee customer support processes and
enhance customer satisfaction.Collaborate closely with Sales and
Fixed Operations personnel to maximize customer satisfaction and
service delivery.Work closely with the VP of Parts, Director of
Service, and General Managers to ensure maximum operational
efficiencies while training and mentoring operational leaders to
become more fluent in making business decisions based on financial
results and objectives.II. Minimum Job QualificationsBachelor's
Degree.10+ years of commercial vehicle industry experience.Strong
commercial vehicle sales leadership experience.Strong understanding
of dealership fixed operations businesses and related critical
success factors and metrics.Proven track record of consistently
exceeding revenue, sales, quantitative, and qualitative
goals.Strong business acumen and ability to function in a complex
asset environment.Ability to measure and monitor assets and
experience executing and integrating asset acquisitions.Strong
organization, communication, leadership, and managerial skills.III.
