About The RoleThe Corporate Procurement Systems & Analytics
Director is responsible for leading the design and implementation
of systems analytics that ensure data capturing, management, and
delivery within surrounding EAS Data Exchange (EDE) and the
existing applications. This individual must thrive in a
decentralized, multi operating company and fast-paced environment.
The position will execute the precise procurement actions and vital
strategies across the enterprise to ultimately deliver crucial
insight that will guide future policy deployment.Your
ResponsibilitiesAs the Procurement Systems & Analytics Director you
will be responsible for executing the precise procurement actions
and vital strategies across the enterprise to ultimately deliver
crucial insight that will guide future policy deployment. This
position is part of the Procurement and will be a 100% remote
position.Your ExperienceIn this role, you will have the opportunity
to:
- Propose project/program budgets and develop detailed plans for
new system designs, data enhancements, training sessions for new
solutions & PD initiatives in addition to gathering feedback to
improve the quality of provided products to the enterprise and
incorporating into the process.
- Lead research and development system projects that produce new
BI analytical designs, focused insights, high quality data mapping
& cleansing and system processes.
- Ensure the validity of methods and technical accuracy of work
submitted by your team and teams submitting data to your team.
- Analyze and consolidate technical requirements surrounding
current technology and cyber security.
- Partner with various cross functional teams such as IT design,
to test efforts across all OpCos to drive data quality &
adoption.
- Influence with knowledge of data visualization and
analysis
- Develop routines to automate and consolidate data
collection.Your AttributesThe essential requirements of the job
include:
- BS Degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Business
Analytics, Supply Chain or related field. MBA or Masters degree
preferred
- Justified working experience with of all the following:
Professional supply chain experience; Managing multiple remote
direct reports; App architecture or design; raw data cleansing; IT
security and risk assessment; back-end and network infrastructure
and software; use of modern operating systems; Reducing latency,
maximizing throughput, and ensuring high-availability; relational
database analysis and performance tuning ability; object-oriented
architecture and design skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft suite - Outlook, Power Query, Power
Apps, Stream, Teams, Excel, O365, Azure and Azure Data Factories,
Flow, PowerBI reports and web applications.
- Experience & understanding of MS structured query language
(SQL) server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server
Analysis Services (SSAS) and SQL Server Integration Services
(SSIS).
- Working with Power BI and system rollouts across an Enterprise
