Trusted with highlighting magical experiences in the wide open spaces of southeast Washington, VTC represents the major communities of Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, and West Richland.The Tri-Cities are anchored in agriculture. Located at the confluence of the Yakima, Snake, and Columbia rivers, nearly 200 wineries can be found within a 1-hour drive. This fast-growing community is home to the Manhattan Project National Historical Park, run jointly by the National Park Service and Department of Energy. The region is rich with assets to successfully promote this premier destination for group and leisure travel, sports, and events alike resulting in significant economic impact for those who reside, travel, explore, and do business here.Reporting to the Board of Directors of Visit Tri-Cities, the President & CEO will have responsibility for a budget of roughly $2.9M and lead an enthusiastic and committed team of 13. The designated leader of Visit Tri-Cities will be a passionate advocate for the tourism industry providing oversight of the organization's operations, culture, values, and mission.
