  Applicants hired into the Program Director position for Compass in Moses Lake, WA will be eligible for a $1,500 bonus if hired between 4/24/2025 - 06/30/2025. Ask the TA Specialist for details!

    What You Will Do:
    
    • 
      
    • Lead employment and housing programs, ensuring development, implementation, and high-quality operation. Supervise, mentor, and train staff.
      
    • Maintain accurate records of client services and processes.
      
    • Ensure compliance with contracts and regulations related to developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance abuse services.
      
    • Collaborate with staff to drive positive change and provide responsive services.
      
    • Participate in meetings with contractors and community partners for updates and reviews.
      
    • Represent Compass Career Solutions at community and networking events, including Developmental Disability Advisory Board Meetings, Work Source, and Disability Access Teams. Lead outreach to build partnerships with local employers, landlords, shelters, and organizations.
      
    • Support clients directly as needed, ensuring high-quality service. Promote and market programs to expand impact.
      
    • Track program performance, oversee reporting, and meet deadlines.
      
      Must Have:
      
      • 
        
      • Two years of experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment, housing, or social services, including case management.
        
      • Leadership experience - at least two years in a supervisory role.
        
      • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in social services or a related field OR five years of relevant experience.
        
      • Excellent communication skills - strong written and verbal abilities.
        
      • Community-minded - skilled in networking, relationship-building, and advocacy.
        
      • Accountability & Independence - ability to work autonomously while leading collaboratively.
        
      • Reliable Transportation - valid driver's license, insurance, and access to a vehicle required.
