Regency Canyon Lakes is currently recruiting for FT and PT LPNs
to join our TEAM. Shifts are - Days (6am-2pm) Eves (2pm-10pm) Nocs
(10pm -6am). Here at Regency Canyon Lakes, we offer Skilled Nursing
Rehab and Long Term Care services with a maximum resident census of
53 beds. We have a fast-paced, friendly atmosphere and are
dedicated to high quality care of our residents. New Grads are
always welcome! Regency offers competitive wages and a full benefit

holidays and one personal day annualy. Wages depend on experience.
Responsible for resident services and other duties assigned,
performing duties in conjunction with other staff and volunteers as
appropriate. Duties include medication assistance/administration,
nursing services, dining services and others as needed for resident
well-being. Trains other staff as assigned. Adheres to and conveys
philosophy of supporting dignity, privacy, independence, choice,
individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
Acts as a lead trainer for staff, as instructed by Director of

Reads staff communication records, maintains familiarity with

Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, ADL's,

Provides intermittent nursing services within scope of license and

as requested. Provides services as indicated on resident treatment
and service plans.

Demonstrates knowledge of and follows infection control and safety
procedures. Maintains clean, neat, comfortable, safe environment
for residents, staff and visitors, including provision of
housekeeping services for residents.
Observes changes in resident status, needs or preferences, and
communicates them appropriately to the Director of Nursing and/or
Resident Care Manager.
Observes other problems and communicates them appropriately.
Demonstrates knowledge of and adheres to procedures for fire, life
safety, disaster, security, work, safety, and other emergency
Assists with individual and group social recreational
Notifies physician, RN and/or designated agent(s) of resident
status/change as appropriate. Receives and executes written and
verbal orders from the physician or designated agent, as permitted
