Any one of the following licenses isacceptable for this position:o Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)o Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)o Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)o Licensed Advanced Social Worker (LASW)o Licensed Social Worker Associate Advanced (LSWAA)o Licensed Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical (LSWAIC)o Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA)o Agency Affiliated Counselor RegistrationFor Resident candidates, you must be granted an Agency Affiliated Counselor credentialwithin 60 days of hire or a Mental Health Counselor Associate credential approved by theWashington State Department of Health. Licensure as a Psychologist in Washington isrequired within six months of hire.Current Washington State driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurancecoverage.Current CPR/First Aid card, or obtained within 45 days of hire.Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not requiredAdditional Requirements:Experience: Two years in clinical service delivery with persons with mental or behavioralhealth needs. For non-licensed psychologists, experience is preferred only. Experienceworking in primary care or other medical settings preferred.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: Basic knowledge of psychopharmacology andmedical disease states. Essential to be able to collaborate with medical professionals andhave the ability to adapt to a fast-paced primary care environment.
