openings.The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) is responsible for
providing and documenting skilled nursing care, under the
supervision of a Registered Nurse, in accordance with the developed
care plan and physicians orders for each individual patient while
adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries

- Must have good standing license (LPN) in the state in which the
clinician will practice
- Current CPR certification
- Must be willing to provide in home nursing care to infants,
children, and adolescentsResponsibilities of the LPN--- Assess
patient's condition and chart effectively--- Perform evaluation
tasks such as vital signs and medication review--- Some cases may
require physical support such as tracheostomy and gastrostomy tube
care.--- Private duty nursing is an option for children and young
adults with special needs such as;tracheostomy and ventilator care,
feeding tubes, nebulizer treatments, TPN, as well as many other
special medical needs that children and young adults may
