Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare is searching for LPN's to fill immediate
openings.
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) is responsible for providing
and documenting skilled nursing care, under the supervision of a
Registered Nurse, in accordance with the developed care plan and
physicians orders for each individual patient while adhering to
confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all
times.
LPN range $27-30

Qualifications of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Must have good standing license (LPN) in the state in which the
clinician will practice
Current CPR certification
Must be willing to provide in home nursing care to infants,
children, and adolescents
Responsibilities of the LPN
--- Assess patient's condition and chart effectively
--- Perform evaluation tasks such as vital signs and medication
review
--- Some cases may require physical support such as tracheostomy
and gastrostomy tube care.
--- Private duty nursing is an option for children and young adults
with special needs such as;
tracheostomy and ventilator care, feeding tubes, nebulizer
treatments, TPN, as well as many other special medical needs that
children and young adults may have..
