license (IMLC certificate must be active at time of submission)
--Starts August 2022 --Shared call + minimal clinic shifts
--Anesthesia Support --General Bread & Butter + Joint Experience
Required --Trauma Level III --All shifts are 7am-7am Dates Needed:
--8/16 am – 8/22 am --9/27 am – 9/29 am --10/3 am – 10/6 am --10/12
am – 10/20 am --11/7 am – 11/14 am --11/16 am – 11/29 am --12/5 am
