The RN ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards of care. The RN demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the assigned unit and the organization. They remain -flexible to changing systems - are -expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices, and treat -staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect.Minimum Qualifications:Current WA RN Licensure. Current AHA HCP (BLS) card required. NRP required. ACLS & PALS within 60 days of hire. -Must be willing to work and train to L&D and Special Care nursery.
