$15,000 - $25,000 Commitment-incentive bonus

They will monitor and control departmental operations within approved budget, contribute to and promote positive relationships between physicians, hospital staff, guests and the local community, and provide necessary medications and supplies according to hospital policy in the absence of staff in these departments. Occasionally, the Hospital Supervisor will provide direct patient care on and be responsible during shift for the hospital in the absence of department management or administrative personnel.How you'll contributeYou'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.     Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
    • BLS & ACLS required
    • 3-5 years Clinical Experience required
    • Supervisory Experience preferred
