The RN ensures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards of care. The RN demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the assigned unit and the organization. They remain -flexible to changing systems - are -expected to demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practices, and treat -staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect. -3 Triage Rooms6 LDR RoomsLevel II NICU10 SCN Beds11 MB Units -How you'll contribute -You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.   Qualifications and requirements
  Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:BLS and NRP requiredACLS and PALS are required within six months of hireOne year of experience preferredMust be willing to work and train to L&D and Special Care nursery. -Experience preferred. -About our Health System
