The staff is passionate about their work and eager to welcome a new director into their cohesive team.The role requires the Interim Perioperative Nurse Director to ensure that pre-op, OR, and PACU care provided by nurses is efficient and thorough. This includes keeping staff updated on best practices and ensuring adherence to hospital guidelines. Collaboration with the CNO and other hospital managers and directors is essential to achieve top operational and clinical efficiency in line with the hospital's standards and values.
