Pay Information $2,224 to $2,424 per week About The Position ARMStaffing is looking for RN - L&D in Kennewick, Washington Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift Unit Details: Lifepoint Health (490) Job Description: As an L&D RN, you’ll care for patients throughout the labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum process. You’ll support families during life-changing moments while managing high-risk situations with skill and empathy. Key Responsibilities: Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs throughout labor and delivery Assist physicians and midwives during childbirth Administer medications and IVs, including epidurals and Pitocin Educate and support patients and families on birth plans and newborn care Manage emergencies such as preeclampsia, hemorrhage, or fetal distress Maintain accurate and timely documentation Requirements: Active RN license (Compact license preferred) BLS and ACLS certifications required; NRP and fetal monitoring certification preferred Minimum 1–2 years of recent L&D nursing experience Strong knowledge of obstetric protocols and fetal monitoring interpretation Calm, confident decision-making in fast-paced, high-pressure situations At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
