Surrounding Area , may cover territories in WA / OR, will require
both licenses Start Date: ASAP , Compliance takes about 3 weeks
Shift: 8hr Days Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day;
30 productivity points standard) First-Timers Accepted: YES Weekend
