Job Description Seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join team in central Washington. - Our pediatrics team consists of four physicians when fully staffed. - First-year pay range: $261,053 to $282,219. - Standard five-day work week. - Lab, X-ray, CT scan, MRI and integrated behavioral health on site. - Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support. - Approximately 20–25 patients per day. - Epic electronic medical record. - Clinic hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We provide physicians with a robust benefits package which may include: - Partnership opportunity - Silver Award Winner of the AMA’s Joy in Medicine program for committed efforts to improve physician satisfaction and reduce burnout. - 1-year physician partnership track for US candidates - Internal student loan repayment of up to $125,000 - Physician leaders and decision makers at all levels of the organization - Influence and say in the practice - 401(k) match and profit sharing - Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two.
