Job Description Pediatric NP opening in Oregon -Located in *La
Grande, OR* - Boise, ID 170m; Portland 260m.-Full Time & Permanent
Position.-Competitive Compensation & Benefits.Oregon Tax Credit:
The State of Oregon offers an income tax credit of $5,000 for
physicians practicing in La Grande, which is equivalent to earning
another estimated $9,930 in base salary not reflected in the
numbers above. [The Credit is applied to Oregon taxes before FICA
tax and the estimate is based on tax brackets of 9% for State, 33%
for Federal, 1.45% for Medicare and 6.2% for FICA.]The group is an
independent 501(c)3 not-for-profit health system that includes a
community hospital and 13 primary and specialty clinics. As Union
County s largest private employer, more than 750 people comprise
the team all dedicated to providing quality health care services to
the region. Located in Northeast Oregon, La Grande is nestled
within the mountain ranges that dominate our landscape Blue
Mountains to the west and Eagle Caps to the southeast. These
mountains surround the Grande Ronde Valley, the second largest
enclosed valley in the world and home to the hospital since 1907.

on-campus program.
