Job Description PHP is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg /
Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Yakima, Washington. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry -
Discipline: RN - Start Date: 08/11/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36
hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel
442019 General Information: Beds: 34 Will you accept a traveler
with 1-year experience? Yes, with one year of telemetry experience
Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes with at least 2 year of
experience (1 year of telemetry experience) Patient Types: Higher
level of telemetry patients PCI pre/post care, CHF, MI, DMII, GI,
GU, ONC, Sepsis, Stroke, Neutropenia, COVID(higher level of
oxygenation), PNA, AMS, TIA, AKI, Dehydrations, ETOH, Syncope, CKD,
Afib with RVR, Dialysis, NSTEMI, Leukemia, Pulmonary Edema, Anemia,
Shock, Chest pain, Hypoxia High volume of post-cath lab procedures
TR bands, stent placements (must be familiar with the procedure),
fresh cath patients (no sheaths) requiring q15 min checks Do not
take DKA those patients go to ICU High Spanish-speaking population
(30-50%) High volume of the underserved population charity care
looking for compassionate caregivers Patient Ratios: Days:1:4
Nights:1:5 Required Certifications:BLS and ACLSrequired, ONS
