Clinic RN - Rheumatology Clinic at Providence Health and Services summary: The Clinic Registered Nurse in Rheumatology provides comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory setting, addressing patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan. This role involves care coordination, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing and teaching needs through direct or telehealth encounters. The nurse works collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care and compliance with professional standards. The Associate Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role works in collaboration with other members of the health care team. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients. Actions will reflect the organization's core values. The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. Associate Clinic RN Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications: Related experience in an ambulatory setting, preferably in a medical office.
