Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent
hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to
start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful
completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus
available. Opportunity: Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech Job
Details: • OB/GYN ultrasound specialization only • Day shift
schedule: Monday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM,
Thursday 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM • Provide
healthcare services applying sonic energy to assist in diagnosis or
treatment • Perform ultrasonic imaging and related procedures in
OB/GYN, abdomen, neurosonology, and/or ophthalmology • Demonstrate
anatomy for interpretation and/or intervention by or at the request
of a licensed practitioner • Exercise professional judgment in
performance of services and maintain demeanor complementary to
medical ethics • Apply appropriate patient care and recognize
patient conditions essential for successful completion of
procedures • Must be a graduate of CAHEA accredited sonography
program or equivalent • Certification by the American Registry of
Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or equivalent approved
certification required • Must be licensed in the State of Oregon as
Ultrasonographer or Radiologic Technologist/Sonographer • Agency
nurses may be floated to other departments where qualified to
perform patient care before core staff is floated Facility: This
