Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg day shift
position requiring an active OR license and ACLS, BLS, and PALS
certifications. Responsibilities - Work in the Med/Surg department
of a modern rural hospital in Northeast Oregon - Care provided to
both adult and pediatric patients - Day shift schedule,
07:00-19:30, three 12-hour shifts per week - Required to work every
other weekend - Will work alongside two to three other nurses and a
full-time Hospitalist physician - Agency nurses may be floated to
other departments as needed - Orientation provided at a new, modern
facility - Collaborative team environment with core nursing staff
and physician support - First-time travelers will be considered -
No specific radius rule for local candidates Requirements - Active
OR RN license - Minimum of three years of nursing experience
required - Current certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced
Life Support (PALS) - Ability to work with minimal supervision
