- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours - Certification: BLS, ACLS - EMR:

who is also qualified to work as an RN First Assistant (RNFA). Type
of RN Needed: RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) — someone who
assists surgeons directly during operations (handling instruments,
suturing, etc.). Must also be able to work as: Scrub Nurse –
preparing instruments and maintaining the sterile field, or
Circulating Nurse – managing the overall environment in the OR and
