Job Description Very competitive total compensation opportunity ($305,000) - RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold - Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually - Commencement bonus of $40,000 - $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription paid CME time - Student loan assistance - Hospital employed - Full benefits including a 401k match - Paid malpractice Professional Details: - Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient Centered Medical Home - Four 10-hour days per week - 1:3 call (currently shared with 4 physicians) - Average 15-20 patients per day - Scribe provided for providers that average 15 patients per day - Behavioral health and lab on site - Fulltime, permanent - Epic EMR Welcoming town surrounded by the stunning Blue Mountains and the scenic Grande Ronde Valley.
