Community-Centric Approach in Kennewick Collaborative Local Team:
Our facility is expanding its dynamic Emergency Medicine team,
which currently includes over 6 EM physicians and more than 7.5
Advanced Practice Providers. We provide 27 hours of physician
coverage and 22 hours of Advanced Practice provider coverage each
day. As a Level 3 Trauma center, we feature a 21-bed Emergency
Department, 6 fast track beds, and 14 ICU beds. We handle an annual
patient volume of 24,440, with an admission rate of 10.8% and a
transfer rate of 1.5%. Specialty services available include
Anesthesiology, Internal Medicine, Cardiac Catheterization,
Cardiology, OB/GYN, Obstetrics, and Podiatry. Required
Qualifications: Certification as a Board-certified or
Board-eligible Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Mandatory additional certifications: PALS, BLS, ACLS, and ATLS.
Practice at the Heart of the Community Work Schedule: Advanced
Practice Providers will work 11-hour shifts. Full-time positions
require 120 hours of work per month. Primary Responsibilities:
Respond to emergency codes, including neonatal resuscitation. CT
scans are available in-house, with Ultrasound and MRI services on
call during the night. All EM physicians are trained to perform
bedside Ultrasound. Living and Working in Kennewick: Part of the
Tri-Cities area, which includes Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland,
located in southeastern Washington. Kennewick is celebrated for its
rich agricultural landscape and picturesque wine country, enjoying
ample sunshine and mild seasonal changes. The region boasts
stunning natural beauty, featuring three major rivers and nearby
mountain ranges, offering numerous outdoor recreational
opportunities. Year-round activities include wineries, river
sports, fishing, golf, and various entertainment events. Renowned
for its excellent educational institutions, making it an ideal
place for families. Major metropolitan areas such as Seattle,
Tacoma, and Portland, Oregon, are just a few hours away, providing

Compensation and Benefits: Salary: W2 hourly rate of $115. Benefits
