Permanent Placement Position Practice is 80% scopes, 20% clinic, and very little inpatient work when on call Call is 1:4 and it is very rare that the GI has to go into the hospital between 7pm and 7am Four day work week, NP support in clinic and 24/7 IM Hospitalist coverage makes for great work/life balance EMR: Epic Requirements: Board Certified, ACLS, BLS Benefit and Compensation details: Salary: $535,000.00 The 1st year, you are guaranteed the base. You have the opportunity to switch to productivity based on the production level. After year 1, typically the physician is on straight production. Stipends: Experience preferred but if a new grad is chosen a stipend might be possible PTO: 1st year: 4 weeks holidaysOnce candidate is on production model, the time off is determined by the Provider CME: 7 days/per year, $5500/year Health, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, Relocation assistance, Retirement plan, Sign on bonus, Malpractice with tail Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
