Ultrasound Tech Location: Hermiston, OR Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $2,600 to $2,760 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $65.00 - $69.00/Hourly. Summary: The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. This role requires technical expertise, patient care skills, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures (e.g., abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular, cardiac, or musculoskeletal as applicable). Prepare patients for procedures by explaining exams and ensuring comfort. Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment safely and effectively. Capture, analyze, and document high-quality diagnostic images. Review patient history and verify physician orders prior to exams. Requirements Requirements: 3 - Year experience Required, Graduate of Committee of Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA) accredited sonography program or equivalent, Licensed in the State of Oregon as Ultrasonographer or Radiologic Technologist/Sonographer, BLS Certification, ARDMS.
