labor and delivery patients. Monitor and assess patient conditions
during labor and delivery. Collaborate with healthcare team to
develop patient care plans. Participate in continuous professional
development and training. Assist in the management of labor and
delivery emergencies. Educate patients and families on labor and
delivery processes. Document patient care activities and outcomes
accurately. Evaluate and implement best practices in patient care.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols. Engage in
performance measurement and improvement initiatives. Support team
members in achieving departmental goals. Maintain high visibility
of work activities and results. Experience/Qualifications Current
RN license in Washington State with labor and delivery experience.
Commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Ability to maintain visibility and accountability for work
activities. Proven ability to monitor and assess patient conditions
effectively. Ability to manage labor and delivery emergencies
proficiently. Engagement in performance measurement and improvement
initiatives. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams. Skilled in educating patients and families about
labor processes. Familiarity with safety and infection control
protocols. Strong documentation skills for patient care activities
