KVH Dermatology provides a full-array of medical Dermatology services to all of Kittitas County. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Completion of appropriate License or Certification, including Washington State License Drug Enforcement Administration National Provider Identifier Board Certified / Board Eligible Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (maintenance required) Additional Information Highlights: Competitive salary, $554,833-678,129 annually Eligible for Production and Quality incentives Up to $90,000 in loan repayment Relocation assistance and CME allocations yearly 10% employer contribution pension plan (no match required) Comprehensive benefit packages including medical, dental, vision, disability and life.
