Works with a diverse patient population, including adult and geriatric patients. Handles cases related to orthopedic, neurological, cardiovascular conditions, strokes, amputations, and traumatic brain injuries. Utilizes appropriate equipment and electronic health records for patient management. Collaborates with team members to deliver optimal patient care. Maintains documentation and management standards as per rehabilitation guidelines. Exhibits teamwork and a collaborative spirit within the healthcare team. Offers support and guidance to patients throughout their recovery process. Ensures high standards of care and safety for all patients.
