You will guide patients through treatment plans, coordinate appointments, verify insurance benefits, and help make dental care approachable and stress-free. Position Summary The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for presenting and coordinating treatment plans, assisting patients with financial arrangements, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. This position works closely with both clinical and front office teams to support practice growth and patient satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Present treatment plans and answer patient questions Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care Verify insurance benefits and clearly explain coverage Assist patients with financial arrangements and payment options Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams Deliver outstanding customer service Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental experience required Prior Treatment Coordinator experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements Detail-oriented and highly organized Positive, team-oriented attitude Candidates without dental experience will not be considered.
