Full Time Weekend Commitment: Every other weekend required (Friday
& Saturday) Shift: Nightshift: 7PM-7AM Stable, long-term patient

Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, 1:1 skilled nursing care in
a home setting Administer medications and monitor for side effects
Monitor and document changes in patient conditions Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Assist
with mobility, personal care, and daily activities as needed
Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
Qualifications: Required: Active RN license in Washington State
Valid AHA BLS Card Washington State Food Workers Card (or willing
to obtain upon hire) Reliable transportation, drivers license &
valid car insurance Ability to pass background check & drug
screening Strong documentation & communication skills Must be able
to transport clients to/from appointments PRN Preferred: 1 year of
nursing experience (home health, acute care, or geriatrics
preferred) Experience working independently in a home setting Apply
