Demonstrates proficiency in respiratory therapy techniques and protocols. Collaborates with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care. Maintains accurate and timely patient records. Provides education to patients and families regarding respiratory health. Participates in continuous education and training to enhance skills. Adapts to changing patient needs and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Contributes to a positive work environment and team dynamics.
