CT Tech Location: Hermiston, OR Agency: Acruex Health Pay:
$2,520 to $2,700 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12
hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the
Position Pay Rate: $70.00 - $75.00/Hourly. Summary: We are looking
to employ a skilled CT technologist to operate our CT scanning
equipment and capture diagnostic images that are of good technical
quality. The CT Technologist’s responsibilities include taking
inventory of radiologic supplies, ensuring that the radiologic
equipment is in good working order, and adhering to established
guidelines on hygiene and infection control. Responsibilities:
Corroborates patient's clinical history with procedure, assuring
information is documented and available for use by a licensed
practitioner. Prepares patient for procedures; provides
instructions to obtain desired results, gain cooperation, and
minimize anxiety. Selects and operates radiography equipment and
associated devices to achieve desired results. Positions patient
and equipment to best demonstrate anatomic area of interest,
respecting patient ability and comfort. Determines radiographic
technique exposure factors, minimizing exposure to patient and
others. Verifies informed consent for, and assists a licensed
practitioner with, interventional procedures. Requirements
Requirements: 3 - year experience Required, BLS Certification,
Licensed in the State of Oregon as Radiologic Technologist/CT
Technologist, ARRT (R) Certification, ARRT (CT) Certification.
