Registered Nurse - Perioperative Hermiston, OR Specialty: Operating Room (OR) Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $2248 - $2708 | Shift: Days Are you a skilled perioperative nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in the surgical environment? As a Registered Nurse specializing in perioperative care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality care for patients undergoing surgical procedures. You will be the patient's advocate, directing and supervising personnel, and participating in a regular on-call rotation for the Surgery Unit. Direct and supervise activities within the operating room Implement care plans to protect patients from various risks and ensure correct procedures Manage patient specimens and communicate status throughout care continuum Administer medications safely and maintain patient health metrics Protect patients' rights, dignity, and privacy while providing culturally competent care Document nursing care accurately and collaborate with other disciplines Engage in professional growth and maintain required competencies Float to other departments as needed, based on qualifications Qualifications include: Associate of Science in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred Current RN license in State of Oregon, BLS, ACLS, & PALS Certification, TNCC required CNOR, Peri-op 101, CRASE training preferred Ability to perform varied duties efficiently and maintain composure Strong communication skills and empathy for patients Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
