Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Radiation Therapist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Shift: 06:30-15:00 /n/nWork Experience: /nThe Interventional Radiology/Cardiology Radiologic Technologist supports diagnostic and interventional procedures through expert operation of fluoroscopic imaging equipment, sterile technique, and procedural workflow coordination. This role works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. The technologist demonstrates advanced technical competence in procedural imaging, radiation safety, sterile field maintenance, and hemodynamic monitoring while adhering to departmental protocols and regulatory standards. Exercises professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor complementary to medical ethics. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure. The Interventional Rad Tech is responsible to the Unit Manager and Surgical Services Director./n/n At least one year’s experience in Interventional Radiology and/or Cath Lab managing fluoroscopy and scrubbing interventional cases/n/n /n/nEducation: /nGraduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program/n/n /n/nLicense: /nCurrent Oregon State licensure issued by OBMI, ARRT certification, RT(R)./n/n /n/nCertifications: /nBLS/CPR Certification. /n ProKatchers Job ID 293589.
