PowerBack Rehabilitation, a leader in post-hospital rehabilitation, is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role focuses on delivering personalized and intensive rehabilitation treatments to patients seeking recovery from surgery, injuries, or illnesses. Our emphasis is on fostering an environment conducive to recovery, where patients can regain their independence and improve their quality of life. As an Occupational Therapist at PowerBack Rehabilitation, you will work closely with an interdisciplinary team, focused on developing and implementing rehabilitation plans that cater to the individual needs and goals of our patients. Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate rehabilitation plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to aid recovery, such as therapeutic exercises, functional training, and use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices. Monitor and record patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate with medical professionals, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic patient care. Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve mobility and quality of life. Strong analytical skills to assess patient needs and develop effective treatment plans. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including moving patients and handling therapeutic equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Required to be a licensed Occupational Therapist within the state of employment. NBCOT certification preferred.
