Required Skills: Board-certified or eligible in Hematology and Oncology or Internal Medicine with subspecialty training Proven experience in managing hematology and oncology cases Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities Strong communication and patient management skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team Licensure in the state of practice Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in outpatient oncology clinics Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems Additional certifications such as Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or related credentials Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of a residency in Internal Medicine Fellowship training in Hematology and Oncology Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in hematology/oncology Other Requirements: Current medical licensure in the state of Washington Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work full-time or three weeks per month, with a preference for full-time candidates No travel required for outpatient clinic setting Participation in ongoing professional development and compliance with regulatory standards This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dedicated healthcare team committed to excellence.
