Job Description Are you a Family Medicine physician, searching

team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, whole-person care
to patients of all ages, diagnose and treat a variety of
conditions, and collaborate with a dedicated team to improve health
outcomes in our community. - 100% outpatient - No call - Flexible
scheduling Ex: (4-10’s) can be flexible, Monday – Friday. -
Providers see an average of 15 patients per day - Provide
comprehensive care in a rural health system - Support patient
education on chronic disease management and lifestyle changes -
Behavioral health and dental services, alongside family practice so
patients receive comprehensive care - EHR system is Meditech
Expanse - Work amongst both physicians and advanced practitioners -
