local team of 5 hospital medicine physicians plus a medical
director. - We are an integral part of our hospital community and a
valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with
hospital leadership and providing Emergency Medicine services in
addition to Hospital medicine. - Our team actively participates in
committees and leadership roles to support quality and process
improvement. - Outside of work, we come together for social events
to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food
and sports. Qualifications: - Board-certified/eligible in internal
medicine. Family medicine can be considered with demonstrated
hospitalist experience. - Ability to manage ICU patients without
intensivist back up. - We proudly sponsor J1 visa candidates and
provide in-house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing
support. All required HHS filing fees for the visa are covered by
Sound. Flexible Scheduling: - Flexible scheduling is available.
Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation. - We

for work-life balance. Our team covers for each other when anyone
is out, ensuring that you can enjoy time off without worry. Key
Responsibilities: - Providing inpatient care to a small, acute care
hospital with an open ICU and minimal subspecialty support. -
Candidates must be comfortable with vent management but are not

Compensation: - Annual compensation between $315-$360K depending on
