Registered Nurse (RN) Womens Health Job Type: Full time| Nights

Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process
in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Essential Functions - Performs plan of care interventions,
including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical
treatments, and other medical care activities. - Documents patient
care provided. - Monitors, records, and communicates patient
condition to care team, physician, patient, and family. - Assists
patients with activities of daily living, including personal
hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. - Collaborates
across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer,
discharge, referral, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs. -
Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides
education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and
circumstances. - Advocates for the physical and emotional
well-being of the patient. - Participates in performance
improvement and continuing education. - Provides quality patient
care and works flexible shifts or units as needed. - Maintains
regular and reliable attendance. - Performs other duties as

$25,000 Commitment-incentive bonus based on experience - $2.25 -

requirements Applicants should have a current state RN license and
possess a bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited
nursing school. Additional requirements include: - BLS and NRP
required - ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire -
One year of experience preferred - Must be willing to work and
train to L&D and Special Care nursery - Experience required
