About our Cardiovascular Labs: Our 5 labs Incorporate Cardiac Catheterization, Interventional Radiology, Endovascular Surgery, and Electrophysiology services. We offer a full array of Diagnostic & Interventional procedures in state of the art imaging suites, including our Hybrid OR which is utilized for TAVRs, AAA repairs, Carotid interventions, and other “hybrid” type procedures. Kadlec is a nationally accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI, Washington State Designated Level 1 Comprehensive Cardiac Center, and Blue Cross Blue Shield Association “Cardiac Care Center of Excellence.” Kadlec is the only hospital in the region that can treat heart attacks by immediately opening the artery with Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) while having Open Heart Surgery backup onsite. About this position: This position is in our CV Pre & Post unit that supports the prep and recovery for patients undergoing our various procedures within the Labs. You will be responsible to review complete history, do thorough assessments, coordinate with care team for medication management, assist in minor bedside procedures, manage patients waiting for bed placement, complete phase 2 recovery and discharge, and other duties assigned with goals of ensuring safe, compassionate, and efficient patient flow. The hours of operation for this unit are Monday-Friday 6am to 6pm. Shift Details: Full time, Day Shift, 36 working hours weekly Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
