Occupational Therapist Location: Hermiston, OR Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $2,080 to $2,240 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $52.00 - $56.00/Hourly. Summary: The Occupational Therapist is an integral member of the interdisciplinary team in developing, administering and implementing the therapeutic services designed to help patients regain their optimal level of function in meaningful daily activities including self-care, leisure and work. The Occupational Therapist will be under the supervision of the Home Health and Hospice Manager. Responsibilities: Accept responsibility for evaluation of the patient’s functional status and for interpretations and implementation of the physician’s plan of care. Complete assessment/reassessment and makes decisions based upon objective tests and measurements. Communicate observations, facts and treatment suggestions as an interdisciplinary team member, individually and through team meetings to ensure coordination of the plan of care. Provide education and direction to patients and coworkers as appropriate. Work independently and cooperatively. Recognize and protect patient rights. Requirements Requirements: 3 - Year experience Required, Must have a valid driver’s license, Licensed by the State of Oregon as an Occupational Therapist, BLS Certification, Occupational Therapy License.
