Are you a Board-Certified Neurological Surgeon seeking a locum tenens opportunity in the serene surroundings of Washington State? A facility near Kahlotus, WA, is looking for a skilled physician to provide critical call coverage for their neurological surgery department.

• Start Date: March 3, 2025
• End Date: Ongoing
• Coverage Type: 24-hour Call Coverage
• Shift Details: 1421 days per month
• Practice Setting: Inpatient only
• Patient Demographics: Adult focus, with cases varying from general neurosurgery to specialized procedures.
• EMR System: Epic

• General Neurological Surgery
• Trauma Care
• Spinal Surgery (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar)
• Tumor Resection
• VP Shunt Placement
• Endovascular Procedures
• Peripheral Nerve Surgery

• No admissions or hospital privileges required.
• No outpatient responsibilities inpatient and call coverage only.
• Supportive team environment, including RNs and MAs on staff.
• No supervision of advanced practice providers or teaching duties.

• Certification Requirements:
  • ACLS and BLS required.
  • Must be licensed in Washington or hold an IMLC license.
• Facility Information: Trauma Level 2, with a focus on adult care.
• Call Back and Consults: Metrics are TBD, ensuring a manageable workload.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 3060 days.
