Job Description:
Sodexo, a global leader in integrated food and facilities
management, is seeking a General Manager 4 Food to head our Food &
Beverage Operations in the educational sector. The successful
candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of
cafeteria services, ensuring that our offerings enhance the
well-being and productivity of the educational community we serve.
This role demands a leader who can maintain high standards of
quality and efficiency, while aligning with Sodexo’s mission to
improve the quality of life for all our stakeholders. Manage the
overall operations of the cafeteria, ensuring compliance with
health, safety, and quality standards. Develop and implement
strategies intended to increase efficiency and enhance the dining
experience. Supervise a large team of food service workers,
providing training and development to ensure high levels of
performance. Manage budgeting and financial planning strategies to
ensure cost-effective operations. Collaborate with school
administrations to align food services with educational goals and
student needs. Monitor customer satisfaction and make necessary
adjustments to food offerings and service delivery. Strong
leadership and management skills Excellent organizational and
multitasking capabilities Proven ability to manage budgets
effectively Superb communication and interpersonal skills Expertise
in health and safety regulations in the food service industry
