Lead IT operations as the new Information Technology Director at
Samaritan Healthcare, located in the scenic landscape of Washington
State!The Position
- The Information Technology Director is responsible for
overseeing hardware and software system support across all
departments at Samaritan Healthcare.
- This position will report to the Chief Administrative Officer
and oversee twelve FTEs.
- This leader will evaluate the team's skills and identify
opportunities to enhance productivity and professional development.
Additionally, they will ensure ongoing projects are completed
successfully and introduce new initiatives as capacity
permits.
- The ideal candidate is a strong yet collaborative leader,
skilled at holding teams accountable and making decisive choices. A
proven track record of leadership and a stable work history are
essential. Prior healthcare experience is preferred, but not
required.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Resource
Management, Business, or equivalent training, experience, and
certification required.
- Must have a minimum of two or more years of supervisory
experience, along with at least five years of experience in a
multi-vendor network environment.Compensation RangeThe base salary
range for this position is $125,000 to $162,000 annually. In
addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including
but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits,
and bonuses. The total compensation for the finalist selected for
this role will be determined based on various factors, including
but not limited to scope of role, level of experience, education,
accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair
Market Value evaluation. The base salary range listed above is a
good faith determination of potential base compensation at the time
of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.The
