Center Support Technician Lead. This critical role ensures the

Data Center Support Technician Lead is responsible for managing the
operational integrity of the data center facility. Reporting to the
Data Center Facility Manager, this role oversees physical security
operations, ensuring site integrity while maintaining access
control and surveillance. Additionally, the Lead serves as the
primary point of contact for daily customer interactions, including
managing incoming calls, ticket processing, incident coordination,
and escalation. This position also involves performing basic remote
hands and escort duties for customers, as well as monitoring the
health of critical systems, including building management, fire
control, surveillance, access control, and network systems. The
Lead will ensure that all activities adhere to established
policies, guidelines, and standards. The Data Center Support
Technician Lead is also responsible for managing and supporting the
Technician team, including scheduling, developing or updating
processes and SOPs, and acting as a point of escalation for
customer issues. This role may require on-call availability and
