Position Overview The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the packing operations within our food manufacturing facility. This role ensures that all repacking processes are efficient, compliant with food safety standards, and meet production targets. The manager will lead a team of production staff while collaborating with other departments to optimize the repacking processes for vegetables and other food products. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the packaging/packaging team to ensure production goals are met. Oversee the quality control of repacked products to comply with food safety regulations. Train and supervise staff in repacking procedures and best practices. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of repacked products. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Maintain inventory of packing materials and equipment for repack operations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Production Manager in the food manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control processes. Experience in repacking operations, particularly with vegetables and other food products. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
