Candidates local to Pasco, WA are preferred. Ideal Option has been working on the front lines of the opioid epidemic since our first clinic opened in 2012. The goal for each Auditing Medical Assistant is to review charts daily. Additional responsibilities include:--- Reviews patient charts daily for errors and deficiencies--- Understands the operating process of the urine drug screen and how to chart patient information--- Works within the EMR system--- Brings charting concerns to management attention and looks for resolutions--- Meets Ideal Option's core values of efficiency and accuracy--- Complies with all elements of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 4--- Represents Ideal Option professionally and with a positive attitude--- Maintains good habits, including attendance and punctuality--- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team--- Works cooperatively with others and as part of the Ideal Option team--- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle documents, bend and stoop, and reach--- Other projects and duties as assignedOur ideal candidate is:Extremely detail-oriented and organized. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. They hold themselves to the highest ethical standards and are superb communicators with impeccable time management skills.
